Can I pick up an Order?

Certainly! If you are visiting or live in the Covington, Kentucky area, we welcome you to stop by and pick up your order at the shop. Better yet, we can also arrange to drop your item off in person as well. This will help you save on shipping costs!

Here is our Pickup Policy:

  1. Checkout and complete your transaction online. If you are paying by check or money order, please bring two forms of identification.
  2. Contact us to arrange a convenient time to pick up your order.
  3. If a pre-arranged time is not set, we may not be able to have your order ready in a reasonable amount of time when you arrive. A 24-hour notice is always appreciated so we can pull and prepare your order and have everything ready for you.

Payment and Shipment

Shipping and Handling:

A.E.R. Group Incorporated stated shipping and handling charges are for the Continental Unites States. APO and other destinations may require higher associated shipping fee’s. While it is the A.E.R. Group Inc. to ship items within three days of payment (via USPS Priority Mail), there may be delays associated with volume, an act of God, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Large items (4 lbs or more) may be shipped via UPS Ground. From the time you receive your shipment notification via email, your purchase should arrive within 5 to 3 business days. If shipment occurs via UPS ground, please allow 7-10 business days.

Yes! The AER Group On-Line Store will email you automatically each time the status has changed. If the product has shipped- you'll know about it!

  • Upon purchase - you will receive a confirmation email. Once we have received your payment, you will receive an email from us notifying you that your item has shipped. Spam-blocking software and other factors will sometimes block our notifications.

We currently utilize the United Postal Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Services (USPS). When your package label is printed, you will receive a notification of the carrier’s tracking number. If you are an International buyer, we ship everything via FedEx International and ask that you contact our office for International rates before paying for your items.

We take pride in our profession and package products with the greatest of care. Most products are surrounded by Styrofoam “Peanuts” or bubble wrap and boxed securely. If you need other shipping arrangements, please call us at [email protected]
Due to multiple requests from International and Domestic buyers for shipping handling quotations, the A.E.R. Group will only furnish quotations within three (3) business days of the close of the auction.

To ensure your buying satisfaction, we ask our customers to follow A.E.R. Group Inc. policies to help facilitate purchase and shipping arrangements.

Items are available for local pick-up. Please contact customer service to arrange store location and times.

International Customers:

The A.E.R. Group will ship all international goods by the following methods:

  • Parcel shipping weight under 4 lbs. are shipped:
  • USPS Global Air Parcel Post or USPS Global Priority Mail (GPM)
  • Parcel shipping weight over 4 lbs. are shipped :
  • USPS Global Air Parcel Post or USPS Global Express Mail (EMS)

No other method will be considered.

We, therefore, ask that you please do not request other methods of shipment.

International Customs:

The A.E.R. Group Inc. conforms to all customs regulations. Please do not ask us to mark International or Canadian packages as a “gift” or for an amount less than the invoiced price (these are federal forms that require signatures attesting that all statements made are true). Duties/taxes are the responsibility of the buyer. We are happy to combine orders to save shipping costs for our customers.

Combining Shipping and Handling:

We will gladly combine our clients' “Shipping” and/or “Handling” to reduce the total costs on multiple purchases. The Maximum number of combined listings purchased is forty (40). Multiple transactions are transactions that are eligible to be extended past the first date of the first purchase.

Payment for all items must be received within ten (10) days of the first item being purchased in order to receive combined shipping and handling.

Please Note:

International buyers should contact us prior to and/or immediately after the first purchase to inform us of the intent to combine shipping/handling on multiple purchases. Also, please email A.M.R. for a combined invoice when you finish buying.

Multiple purchase items must be billed on one invoice with one payment. Items paid on separate invoices with separate payments are not eligible for combined shipping/handling.

For combined purchase, please do not use the eBay checkout until you have received your total combined shipping/handling invoice. Your combined shipping/handling savings will post in the Seller’s Discount Portion of the invoice.

For custom ordering or heavy items, please contact customer service for shipping fees.

United States and International Buyers

Payment for all items must be received within three (3) days of completion of the auction and/or the first item being purchased. A.E.R. Group Incorporated will file on unpaid items on the 8th day after purchase. In addition, we will close disputes on/before the 10th day after the purchase. All unpaid items will be immediately re-listed.

All payments MUST be in U.S. dollars. We gladly accept PayPal (VISA, MasterCard),

  • The product (s) will ship once the payment source has been confirmed.

All of our items are offered as is. Conditions of the described item are based on cosmetic appearance and are untested unless otherwise stated. Photographed items and descriptions are as new in our opinion unless otherwise listed. Please read all descriptions and payment information before bidding. Returned Items

Most items sold are offered with the exception of custom items, offering a full bid price money-back guarantee if not satisfied. Items must be returned within seven (7) days of receipt to qualify for a refund. The buyer is to pay all costs associated with the returned item(s).

Errors in Listings

If you have detected a listing error (e.g. photo not matching the description), please do not bid on the item and contact customer service. Should a bid be processed on listings with errors, order processing will be at the corporate discretion. Please note the AMR Group reserves the right whether or not to complete the transaction.

While we strive to ensure the highest customer service, we understand that errors may occur. We thank you for choosing your product(s) with our organization.

Satisfaction

We want your complete satisfaction. We want you to buy from us with confidence, tell a friend and return to buy other products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within fourteen days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept custom items or partially assembled kits, or items that have been altered or damaged after receipt.

We will credit your account with the full purchase price, excluding shipping charges. We only ask that you return the item in new condition and in its original packaging.
